Summary: This location is great! I will always stay here now when going to Chicago. The employees and manager were all very nice and accommodating. The manager introduced himself to me, and Tania was amazing at check-in and throughout our stay. Michael was so helpful when I needed that 5am coffee, while he was also trying to get the "FREE" breakfast together for everyone. As someone who works at a hotel 1 day a week, I was truly in "awe" over the friendliness of everyone I encountered. The rooms are so spacious and gives an area where you can relax away from beds, a couch and desk area were so great to have. Plus the convience of having a fridge and microwave in your room. I would also like to add that the breakfast had some neat options that you would not normally see at some hotels, and the area the hotel is located in "china town" is a very safe area, I felt much safer than other places I stayed closer to the city area, the red line can get you there in just a couple of stops, and is only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, there are so many delicious restaurants and bakeries on the same street. I am so happy we booked here.

Summary: This was our second stay at this hotel because we love the location, cleanliness, and comfort. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice sitting area, and the bathrooms are clean with good toiletries. We really enjoy the many options available at breakfast and know there will be something for everyone to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole property is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The only downside is parking is expensive, but that seems to be the case at all Chicago hotels. Thankfully, it is easy to access public transportation from this location as the Red Line is a 5 minute walk, and there are bus stops nearby.

Summary: One night stay for MLB (CSW) game on our stadium tour. Easy walk to CTA station and short ride to the game. Hotel is very nice, clean with super comfortable beds. Only challenge was the parking garage. It is a tight fit in the spots and corners with a small rental SUV (VW Taos) and no room to turn around if spaces are not available. Staff was super friendly and helpful with navigating to the surrounding attractions.

Summary: Excellent hotel close to shopping and wonderful dining. Also was place to stay for visiting our relatives. Super fun staying in Chinatown. This hotel was convenient and relatively affordable. Some noise in our room from washing machines in the early party if the day.
